The Company:
An international energy service company, operating in 50 countries.

The Role:
Provide front line support for electrical related technical and maintenance issues support to the onshore and offshore maintenance teams.
Takes ownership of issues and ensures effective solutions are identified, successfully implemented and closed out.

•Responsible for coordinating electrical related support activities on a day to day and long term basis
•Coordinate planned maintenance and repair programs for electrical equipment.
•Contribute to ensuring electrical related equipment integrity, reliability, availability and performance targets are achieved
•Develop plans for equipment maintenance and overhaul and be responsible for contractor mobilisations and material availability
•Assist in improvement of electrical equipment maintenance strategies and routines.
•Assist in developing critical spares holdings for all electrical equipment.
•Responsible for ensuring electrical equipment minor modifications (minor CP) are carried out and changes adequately recorded.
•Ensuring accurate and timely response and closure to electrical related verification and integrity actions
•Liaise with and assist other asset support engineers and offshore teams as required for problem identification/resolution
•Attend daily meetings and act as first point of contact for the platform
•Manage repairs/refurbishment of defective equipment in a cost effective and timely manner.
•Participate in the resolution of requests for corrective and/or preventive action.
•Participate in project design changes/improvements and project change management system.
•Assist with technical audits.
•Supports the offshore group in the interrogation of equipment failures.
•Provides support in the review, development and alteration of maintenance routines.
•Assists in the preparation of workpacks.
•Provides onshore support in the planning, scheduling and co-ordination of work activities

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Understanding of electrical regulations.
•Essential to have broad knowledge and experience of all types of instrument and electrical equipment.
•Knowledge of CMMS systems
