The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 30 Countries worldwide.In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Construction Stage.

The Role:
My operator Client is seeking an experienced E&I Supervisor (LER/LIR) to join our construction team based in Darwin. The role can be FIFO to Darwin on a 26/9 rotation

The primary deliverable for the role is to provide E&I construction expertise, to both the Company and Contractor teams, with the aim of ensuring the safest and most cost effective construction methods are used throughout the EPC execution phase, main duties and responsibilities include:

• Ensure Contractor/Sub-Contractor Compliance to E&I Specifications, Codes and/or Standards.
• Provide oversight of the Contractor during site erection, installation and testing for the E&I Scope of Work on the delivered Process Train and Inlet Facility Local Electrical Rooms (LER), and Local Instrument Rooms (LIR).
• Mentor JKC and its Sub-Contractor to ensure timely completion of E&I activities in line with Safety and Quality objectives of the Project
• Provide written Construction daily diary, and weekly highlights reporting to E&I
• Attend necessary daily and weekly progress and coordination meetings
• Monitoring, overseeing, coordinating and supporting of the E&I construction and pre-commissioning activities
• Participate in Commissioning meetings with Inpex & JKC to focus on construction deliverables and ITR completion necessary for RFC on priority subsystems.
• Priority Subsystem monitoring and coordination to achieve RFC and Milestones with Contractor and Sub Contractor.
• Review the content of Site Instructions being issued to Sub-Contractor to ensure only out of scope works are being issued, and to control costs
• Ensure a smooth transition from the Construction phase to Completions, and Commissioning teams.
• Participate in the project preservation effort, specifically, a minimum of one RFT TOC Observation Card per week, and one Loss Prevention Inspection per week.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be considered for this role you will hold at least a tertiary qualification and have demonstrated knowledge and experience in the following:

• Demonstrable competencies in ‘Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas’ (EEHA) installation and inspection activities.
• Demonstrable experience managing the execution of E&I scopes in multiple areas
• Ensure compliance of E&I activities during Construction, testing and commissioning by Sub-Contractors.

Able to utilise project tools to analyse construction progress

Demonstrable experience with overseeing Contractors in particular those involved in the construction of the onshore facilities.

Ensure Contractor is safely monitoring and coordinating work activities, specifically the PTW and LO/TO procedures.

Demonstrable ability to interpret Specifications and Standards, read P&ID’s, Single Line Diagrams, and drawings.
