The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
The Position is to manage a team of about 20/30 circuit design Engineers. This will involve managing project timing and resources in order to deliver circuit files to our partner suppliers in order to support the EDS/wiring design process. This role will partner the core circuit design manager who will be responsible for developing the processes, tools and methods for circuit design, which needs to change to reflect the complexity of the business and the circuit design task.

Skills Required:

This role will require excellent team and individual leadership skills, along with a good understanding of electrical circuit design in an automotive or similar field. The role will also require good IT literacy including databases and circuit design tools. Resource management and project planning will also be required in this role, with the ability to be flexible in attitude whilst adhering to processes and standards. An Engineering Degree will also be required.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Automotive delivery experience would be an advantage.
