The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Working with Vehicle engineering to manage the vehicle allocation plans according to the requirement specified by the electrical engineers. The plans will need to be defined also and the vehicle specification to support the DV requirements. Where there is a change to plan to understand how this can be supported with either existing cars or work with vehicle engineering to identify a solution. Working with the engineers to ensure that the maximum efficiency of vehicle usage is achieved. Working with program module leaders, integration leaders and program leaders to report on the usage and reviewing plans weekly and escalation of any issues. Monitoring the Vehicle utilisation tracker and ensuring that this is completed and supporting of any vehicle which is deemed off road by liaising with Vehicle engineering, the workshops and technicians and engineers to get the vehicle operational again. Working with VE to ensure all the builds are supported and BOM's, SDV's and orders are raised and completed.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Needs Project Management Skills - ability to work alone and communicate with various parts, leading key events Good methodical planner Someone who is able to work autonomously Good at presentation skills Can use excel to manipulate and present data Good interpersonal skills to work with to produce effective solutions Full UK Driving Licence
Working in a challenging environment and working to deadlines to achieve objectives Planning and basic technical understanding of vehicle operations and functions
Degree Level or equivalent

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Automotive or related Engineering Electrical Systems knowledge
