The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

kills Required:
3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Project delivery - automotive project delivery experience, preferably Electrical/EDS, but not essential if the candidate has proven project delivery experience.
2. Supports the delivery of the EDS commodity including report out and interface to the vehicle prgramme team.
3. Will need to interact and work closely with many other business functions, such as Marketing and Sales, Manufacturing, Special Vehicles and Suppliers.

Experience Required:
"Self starter able to sustain a high, multitask workload. Combine Engineering with business skills Good communication skills and leadership, Must be computer literate, excel, word, powerpoint and easily adapt to company specific systems (previous knowledge in WERS, AIMS, RMDV, ECR¿s would be a benefit but not essential as training can be provided). Ability to work within a team or alone with exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail. Must have good presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate to all levels within the company (production line to director level)."

Experience Preferred:
"Previous work within a multidiscipline Engineering team. Experience of automotive project delivery. Must be computer literate, excel, word, powerpoint and easily adaptable to company specific systems (previous knowledge in WERS, AIMS, Efdvs/RMDV, ECR¿s would be a benefit but not essential as training can be provided)."

Additional Information :
"A working knowledge of Change Control, Product Definition and Change Management processes are desirable in order to support the review of feasible product actions, and so ensure robust implementation and compatibility with downstream systems through to production. Experience of Automotive Engineering project delivery. Position is based at Gaydon, but travel to other Midlands sites and supplier offices will be required (clean UK driving licence needed)."
