The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
An exciting opportunity is available to join this client's Self Learning Car team . This cutting-edge technology is designed to reduce driver distraction by anticipating your every thought and auto-performing your in-car activities so you don't have to. It is called the `self-learning car' and its objective is to enhance the premium user experience of our customers over the coming years. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the integration of this technology into our vehicles alongside the development and validation required to prove production readiness.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The selected candidate will be responsible for; Supporting Technology and Feature integration into vehicle electrical architecture in accordance with processes and standards (CAN, power supply, electrical circuit, software etc.). Quality analysis (Quality History, DFMEAs, Failure Mode Avoidance). Development of test plans in-line with design requirements. Prototype test and development including generation of testing reports and test plans. Issue identification, investigation and escalation. The successful applicant will need the following skills. Experience using electrical and software automotive testing tools such as CANalyser. Technical report writing skills e.g. documenting requirements and test reports. Candidates will need to demonstrate excellent open communication and organisational skills in a team working environment. Full and clean driving licence.
