The Role:
Key Skills

Experience with spectroscopy preferred on NMR of polyolefin
Hands on experience and interpretation of NMR/IR and other analytical results
Theoretical and working knowledge of Polymer and NMR areas.
Structural characterization of polymeric materials by various analytical tools i.e
Spectroscopic,,thermal,Mechanical etc and its correlation
Experience in Data Management System in LIMS,SAP
Experience in report writing and safety practice
Good communication skill
Able to mentor technicians

Active involvement in elemental & molecular spectroscopy lab for standard analysis and
R&D

Master Degree, preferably PhD in analytical chemistry

Job description

Responsible to carry out the spectroscopic analysis (NMR,IR) from operation to reporting for the polymer, polymer additive and other materials
Preparation and implementation of analytical strategy in elemental & molecular spectroscopy laboratories
Organizing multiple assignments based on priority
lnvovement in providing solution to internal and external customers using analytical data interpretation
Study the structure-properties and performance relationship for polymer using spectroscopic analysis
Work in cross-functionalteam between different department
Development and validation of new analytical methods
Follow and maintain good laboratory practices in accordance with 1509001/14001
/18001and 17025
Mentor and provide training
