The Role:
• Provide LiveLink system administrator support: enhancements and administration for ConocoPhillips Livelink systems. This includes troubleshooting, system monitoring and tuning, security maintenance, production support, upgrades, new installs, data loading.
• Support and development of LiveReports and WebReports
• Support and development of LiveLink Workflows and Transmittals
• Support of user data mining and data maintenance requests
• Direct customer support and training

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Computing Science degree, B.Sc. or M.Sc. or comparable education. Non-computing education may be compensated with documented relevant experience of working in similar role for a production / operations facing IT organisation
• Strong LiveLink Administrator skills, with knowledge of troubleshooting, system monitoring and tuning, security, support, upgrades, new installs.
• LiveReports, WebReports; good knowledge of Oracle SQL
• Livelink Workflow experience required; Transmittals experience preferred
Data migration into Livelink, knowledge of Object Importer & Exporter.
