The Role:
Atyrau, 5/2
Training Coordination
•Provides guidance and input on restructures, workforce planning, succession planning.
•Provides inputs to the Training Procedure and the development of specific training development plans
•Cooperates with Base business OC department to design programs for high potentials and future leaders (successors)
•Identifies training needs and training gaps in the project in a close cooperation with line managers
•Adjusts and conducts training programs for FGP HR orientation training as part of on-boarding training
•Optimizes the training portfolio as specialized targeted courses are offered to managers and employees
•Prepares training offers for employees and managers
•Plans training courses and monitors the assigned training budget
•Interface with CDG and HR OC LMS team on training topics for employees including:
 Language Training
 Horizons Training
 Pathways Training
 Soft Skills Training
•Cooperates with the contractor and external training vendors and delivers tailored training programs and courses
•Identify and assess training needs within a company.
•Meet with managers and supervisors to ascertain needs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness by conducting surveys.
•Plan, organize, and implement a range of training activities.
•Help employees improve upon or enhance existing skills by suggesting OC.
•Develop programs that groom lower-level employees for executive positions.
•Monitors the best practice in the training area and introduces it in the project
•Prepare ad hoc reports
