The Role:
• Investigates employee complaints and claims; counsels managers and supervisors. Identifies potential risks/impacts of case to parties involved.
• Facilitates discussions between employees and/or supervisors on items of a more complex nature; handles cases using conflict resolution principles and tools
• Provides counsel to supervisors and Human Resources on performance management processes involving general employment law
• Counsels on general employment law and company policy/practices in variety of situations
• Ensures company has necessary materials to assist with arbitrations and/or other legal matters
• Supports operating units to resolve labor relations issues and disputes
• Identifies labor issues that could impact business and initiates research to cascade to management

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Political Science or any related field
• Working experience in employee relations or labor relations
• Fluent in Speaking and Writing English (equivalent to TOEIC score at 600-700)
• Thorough working knowledge of HR disciplines, i.e. employee relation, employment law, and compensation & benefits management, Thai Labor law
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Counseling skills
• Computer Literacy (MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Word., etc)
