The Role:
Job Purpose

• Provide support, advice, and administration of employee relations matters relating, but not limited to: corrective action, grievances, disputes, and separation in accordance to the company policies and applicable laws.

Functional Duties:
• Responsible for providing support, advice, and recommendations that effectively promote positive employee relations and address workplace issues and corrective actions in accordance to the company policies and applicable laws.
• Conducts proper reviews and investigations of grievances, disputes, conflicts and violations and coordinate disciplinary actions as per the company policies and applicable laws in consultation with the Law Department.
• Maintain records and interpret findings from investigations in order to create plans, processes and procedures of employee relations cases.
• Provide consultation for clarification of company policies and labor law in regards to employee relations issues, separation, disputes and disciplinary actions.
• Work closely with all stakeholders to handle employee relations cases (i.e. separation, grievance, disputes and violations), follow the established process and ensure compliance with the company policies and applicable laws.
• Keep abreast with the company policies and applicable laws to ensure compliance and establish guidelines and processes in regards to employee relations issues (i.e. separation, grievance, disputes and violations)
• Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration or relevant field
• 8+ years’ experience in HR – Labor relations is desirable.
