Employee Relations Specialist(Thai Nationality)

The Role:
-Assist with facilitation of work organization changes
-Provide industrial legislation and company policy application with advising shop management on employee relations issues
-Advise and assist supervision in carrying out disciplinary counseling, resolution of employee grievances by advising on performance intervention, corrective procedures and actions
-Seeks resolution to sectional disputes with general industrial guidelines
-Support collective bargaining agreement negotiation
-Assist in plant negotiations, studies and inspections as required
-Induction of new hiring, promoted and transferred employees
-Communicate unresolved IR issues with management for further action
-Provide all related services to shift supervision personnel as required
-Promote positive employee relations environment
-Interpret and implement HR policies, awards and agreements
-Maintain positive and professional relationship with employees and union leadership
-Conduct investigations resulting from employee complaints/issues and provide recommendations to HR Managers
-Manage attendance policies and procedures
-Undertake HR/IR activities to create good environment and ad-hoc project as necessary
-Advise employees on employee benefits, entitlements and options
-Ensure all IR administration requirements are met in a timely and effective manner
-Organize Area HRM to manage all HR issues for Hourly
-Carry out special assignments

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
-University graduate in Human Resources Management, Law, Political Science or related field.
-Minimum 3 years of experiences in Human Resources as a Employee Relation/Industrial Relation Generalist
-Consulting to employees, supervisors, union officials and all management levels
-Proficient in MS Office
-Highly developed oral and written communication skill
-Good written and verbal English communication skills
-Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
-Ability to listen objectively and solve disputes/issues between employees and supervisor to the satisfaction of both side
-Relatively high level of analytical ability where problems are complex
-High level of maturity and managerial courage
-Strong customer focus and flexibility to ensure performance standards are met in a changing work environment
-Confidence and ability to work and advise with senior business leaders
-High level of independent judgment
-Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
