The Role:
An opportunity has arisen for an Employee Services Administrator to join a leading Engineering company for a 12-month contract. Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

•Administers and maintains company benefits programs.
•Functions as a liaison between vendors and employees and advises employees on eligibility, coverage, and other benefits matters.
•Compiles and maintains benefits records and documents.
•May require an associate's degree and related experience. Able to show proven capabilities in the field or in a related area.
•Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
•Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
•Performs a variety of tasks.
•May lead and direct the work of others.
•A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
