The Role:
The Employee Support Representative is responsible for providing support to 350 employees and managers on topics including, but not limited to, hiring, benefits, career development, performance appraisals, compensation and promotions. He/she may be the first line of contact for management/employee queries and is expected to have a good grasp of the personnel/business issues with appropriate and proactive measures to regularly improve Personnel performance and employee motivation. He/she assists the Personnel Manager in the design, development and implementation of various policies, programs and procedures and is responsible for administering these as directed.

Strictly adhere to all HR Standards in particular HR Standard S001 – HR Compliance and Confidentiality
Onsite Employee support for Bangkok and Phisanuloke based employees.
Dedicates face time to ensure employee support through interaction and feedback. This includes the regular visits to field location minimum once a quarter.
Organizes and conducts employee information meetings on employment policy, benefits and compensation.
Assists in organizing internal teambuilding events, WP21 events, Fitness & Facility @ Supalai or any other annual events such as Family Days, Annual medical check up, and external local community events
Review all Benefits expense claims submitted before releasing it to the next approver
Coordinate for Personnel related letters (eg. Promotion, transfer letters, etc)
Support Thailand Relocation officer on Relocation Services for employees transferred to Bangkok (house search, orientation, relocation shipment, etc) and all staffs houses in Bangkok.
Government Liaison Officer for HR related matters / reports eg. Annual report for Skill Development Department,
Social Security Reports, Work Permit for International Staffs, welfare committee for labor department.
Coordinates internal and external training and recruitment activities in Thailand (excluding Field Engineer/Field Specialist and Maintenance Staffs which will be handled by OFS Recruiter) including interview scheduling, Job offer letter preparation, pre-employment medical check-up appointment, Orientation of all new hires
Arrange Seniority Pins and ceremonies
Maintain Thailand Personnel Website Up-to-date at all time
Advises and assists line managers on interpretation and administration of Personnel policies and programs
Supports line management on a variety of Personnel tools and processes (for example performance appraisal, New comer orientation, eClaims –Benefit and recognition of performance through rewards).
Welcome Coordinator for New comer Orientation (new hires in Songkhla)
SEED Thailand Coordinator
Complies with all applicable Schlumberger standards and policies.
Identifies and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
Assigned other duties, in addition to, or in lieu of those described above, according to the needs of the location or Company.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Base work: Bangkok
Can start immediately and willing to travel
Minimum Bachelor Degree in related fields (eg. Public Relations, Arts, Law, Social Science, Humanities, Business Admin, Human Resources, etc)
Previous Experience and Competencies :
Preferably with minimum 1-2 years’ Personnel or Business experience.
