The Role:
Our client is global power generation leader who provide design, manufacture and installation services.
We are currently looking to recruit an Energy Sales Manager. You will be responsible for leading the energy sales initiative while also establishing and implementing the long term business development strategy. You will be targeting new and existing business within UK & Ireland. The role requires someone who can sell a turnkey solution and understand the concept of the solutions that is being sold. The role required to provide a solution which allows business, organisation and plants to operate its energy usage in a more efficient way. You will have extensive knowledge and experience within the energy market. You will have experience in civil, mechanical and electrical industries.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Develop and maintain sales hopper process including refining selection criteria
• Establish and maintain financial and risk profile for new projects
• Responsible for meeting AOP with direct energy sales in UK project company functional leadership within the satellite companies
• Voice of Customer into product platform development.
• Sponsor and/or participate for 6Sigma projects
• Manage customer relationship though out project life
• Lead and develop risk mitigation strategy for customer portfolio
• Travel required: 30%

Experience required:-

• Capable of assimilating information, identifying possible solutions and communicating the answer in the customer language
• Negotiation at senior levels of an organisation both financially and technically
• Understanding of energy tariffs and/or industrial process efficiency improvements
• Strategic approach, development of the long term business goal
• Coaching and development of others
• Proven sales record.
