The Role:
Main Purpose of the Role
As an integral part of the HR function, the Engagement Programme Manager will support the delivery of the Company wide People and Culture Change Programme. Managing the development and delivery of the engagement programme this role requires strong change management skills and expertise.
Responsible for designing, developing and delivering a robust training and coaching schedule to engage Colleagues and Managers and drive sustainable culture change across the Business. Leading and managing the facilitator and coach networks will be integral to this position.

Scope of the Role
- Devise and implement a sustainable programme of activity to support the culture change programme. This will include leading the facilitator and coach network for the engagement programme and the development and delivery of engagement programme for Colleagues.
- Design, develop and deliver training material and concepts for all Management Facilitators and coaches associated with the Engagement programme.
- Support the maintenance and development of change management communication activity, e.g. Intranet presence and articles in Company publications. This will include acting as communication lead between the People and Culture Change Steering Committee and the facilitator network.
- Lead on reporting and analysis of engagement programme activity. This will include devise, establishing and managing a robust measurement model to monitor and report effectiveness of change and engagement programme. It will also encompass the development of Board reports for engagement programme.
- Support the development and delivery of Engagement programme events, including mid-way camps and recognition activities.

Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified to Degree Level or equivalent.
- CIPD Membership or equivalent.
- Knowledge of best practice in techniques, systems and processes relating to change management and engagement essential.
- Knowledge of leading/implementing change management projects.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (incl. Word, Excel, Powerpoint) essential.
- A strong track record of successfully delivering and embedding business change programmes and projects.
- Demonstrable experience of delivering cross functional training and facilitation programmes.
- Proven change management and engagement skills.
- Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the Business.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Self – starter and able to use initiative.
- Proven analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong influencing and persuasion skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
