The Role:
This position is for a PT NVH GSR 8 or equivalent engineer to perform the role of Engine NVH Screening Engineer.

The engineer will be required to carry out the following tasks: -
* Perform measurements of radiated noise and vibration of prototype petrol and diesel engines
* Carry out detailed analysis of the acquired data and compile the findings into standard reports
* Review results in detail with responsible program Engine NVH engineer
* Organise engines for test and arrange for shipping as necessary
* Arrange calibration and maintenance of test and analysis equipment as necessary
* Travel as necessary to support testing and review meetings

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Proven team working capability and NVH experience.
* A background in noise and vibration data collection and analysis would be advantageous
* Engineering Degree (Experience more important than qualifications).

Graduates considered (Aero/Auto/Mech Eng'g) and should have a final year project or work experience related to noise or vibration investigation.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Three year's NVH experience preferred (not necessarily automotive).
