The Company:
Our client is the largest gas producer in the Netherlands, with annual production of around 50 billion m³. 70 % of gas (37 billion m³) comes from the Groningen field and the rest from various smaller fields elsewhere on the mainland and in the North Sea (15 billion m³).

The Role:
* Provide C&A engineering support to the on - and offshore (UK&NL) Asset operation and maintenance engineering by effectively applying own skills and experiences within agreed strategies, procedures and best practises across EPE.
* Maintain/improve technical integrity, reduce equipment deferment and improve Asset Utilization by improving CBM (Condition based Monitoring), RCM ( Reliability Centered Maintenance ), apply RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and implement best practices EPE directly.
* Optimize CAPEX/OPEX by fit for purpose engineering and operational/maintenance support to reduce TcoO (Total Cost of Ownership).
* Investigate and introduce new technologies to keep a leading edge in the industry and support fast track E&M solutions.
* be the custodian of all Onegas IPF studies
*act as the Onegas DACA administrator
* support Technical Authority (TA2) for C&A

* HSE as an inherent part of the highly motivated team
* Engineering support to reduce TCoO of modifications on installed equipment.
* Optimise various C&A contracts.
* Priority setting on maintenance and apply SIF/RCM across border.
* Fit for purpose assessments and fast response on integrity related issues.
* Update/challenge Standards, procedures and maintenance plans.
* Share and accept practises worth replicating and avoiding bureaucracy within EPE and in the Group.
* Identifying equipment obsolescence issues

Identify and develop new technologies. Identify and contribute to technical developments in areas associated with C&A.

* Improve Installation/Platform availability and integrity.
* Optimise maintenance intervals and reduce costs by implementing the results of SIF analysis and adjust maintenance plans accordingly
* Optimisation of maintenance of ESD and control valves
* Fast analysis of C&A equipment failures and implementation of lessons learnt.
* Manage obsolescent equipment replacement.
* Dealing with procedure/standard deviations on a daily base.
* Support TA position to improve the business.
* Consistent application of standards across EPE.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

* Good Communicator and project role model.
* Presentation skills in particular the selection and use of a variety of different approaches including virtual applications.

* Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities.
* Willingness for regular travel abroad (UK) and off-shore travel
