The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:

Working directly with Senior Engineer and Functional Manager to define ACC System hardware position and packaging. Required to integrate the required DAS HW onto the applied vehicle, plan and support HW testing and release the parts for series .


1. Understand the DAS hardware and the function performance criteria for application to the vehicle(s)
2. Packaging of DAS hardware including creation and release of drawings for approval and associated documentation
3. HW Validation testing including planning, coordination, support, and management of testing with external suppliers
4. Creation and release of manufacturing assembly drawings and installation instructions
5. Aftersales support of ACC HW sensor alignment documentation


• Proficient in CAD Catia V 5
• Demonstrable experience at Automotive OEM or other applicable company/industry
• Experience of component design and development


• Component design and development preferably within the Automotive Industry


• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering preferred
• Qualification in Catia V5
