The Company:
Our client is a major LNG company and one of the most successful global energy suppliers in the world.

The Role:
Engineer (ICIMS) is responsible for overseeing the EPC Contractor’s activities for the design, installation, integration and testing of the Onshore Project Instrumentation, Control and Information Management Systems (ICIMS) in accordance with the Project Specifications and EPC Contract requirements

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Educational qualification in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent
Technical understanding of state-of-the-art control system and information system technology.
Extensive technical working experience in discipline with demonstrated technical leadership experience in major capital projects
Experience with worldwide suppliers of instrumentation, DCS and other digital control, communications, information systems and networked subsystems
Experience with contractors, vendors, and implementation sub contractors in instrumentation, communications, DCS and other digital control and networked subsystems
Experience with hierarchical information and control system structure comprised of networked digital control, shutdown and control and information subsystems, as applied to major onshore and offshore facilities
Thorough and extensive knowledge of:
• Instrumentation engineering principles, theories, and concepts
• Applicable codes, standards, and trade practices
