The Company:

The Role:
Reliability & Maintenance strategies:
Organise and facilitate Preventive Maintenance (PM) reviews utilising risk and reliability management methodologies,and develop fit for purpose PM task lists within the 5- yearly review cycle.
Gives input for the cluster maintenance reference plan (MRP) to achieve production and technical integrity targets within end of field life.

Preventive Maintenance plan:
Owns and maintains the Preventive Maintenance (PM) Plan in SAP.
Modifies and improves the SAP PM plan,Task list and Asset Register in compliance with the Maintenance Performance standards and procedures and instructions.
Screen and solve SAP notifications to improve the PM plan.

Analyse & Improve:
Analysis & follow up of PM reports to improve PM,identify obsolescence and spare parts issues or future overhauls to improve the Maintenance Reference Plan (MRP).
Periodic analysis of SAP failure history to improve the PM plan.

Reliability & Maintenance reporting:
Compile SAP data reports including analysis for Maintenance, Reliability or Cost purposes.

Maintenance support/coaching:
Is the focal point for the Cluster teams for the PM plan,and regularly attends the morning calls.
Supports the Reliability Engineer in preventing and elimination of equipment failures.
Gives support to the SAP data team technicians.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
With a BsC or HBO degree (or equivalent) in Rotating, Mechanical, Instrumentation or Electrical, and an understanding of equipment and dominant failures for his discipline, you’ll have experience in maintenance and reliability engineering in the oil and gas industry. Good knowledge of Maintenance methodologies like RCM, FMEA and CBM.

You have the ability to work within a matrix organization, reporting to the Reliability & Maintenance Teamlead UK. A first-class advocate and communicator, you’ll have excellent facilitation and IT skills (like Excel and Word), with a strong focus on Production, Technical Integrity and Cost. A team player with good interpersonal skills and a service provision mindset, you’ll be comfortable with auditors, third party operators and external verifiers. The ability to develop and share networks, and identify and deliver quick wins is essential, as are self-performance management skills. You can communicate in English, verbally and on paper.
