The Company:
A major Oil & Gas Operator with extensive projects in the Caspian Region.

The Role:
Kazakhstan Residents only.

Reports directly to the Facilities Engineering Construction Group (FECG) Engineering Supervisor.

• Provides 5 + 2 Contract Support by:
• Preparing FECG 5+ 2 Metrics monthly reports / Analyzes data and provides additional detail to derive root cause for actions.
• Prepares 5+2 Contractor Bid Performance Tracking Monthly Report
• Prepares 5+2 Contractor end of job perfomance metrics
• Develop and maintain Material Reconciliation Metrics to help monitor and control the new process.
• Monthly Tracking and Reporting of ARIBA Service Orders that are near expiration date and Service Orders approaching expenditure limits and Distribute monthly project “release for bid” forecast to 5+ 2 contractors.

• Tracks Construction Engineer Horizon training; planned, approved and completed

• Assist Construction Engineering Supervisor with development and monitoring of FECG Training Budget

• FECG Webmaster for Construction Engineering Web Page

• Summarizes weekly Permit To Work (PTW) Inspections and Behavioral Based Safety Observations (BBS) performance by Construction Engineer for discussion at weekly team meetings.

• This is a new position. There is potential for additional responsibilities for development of metrics to drive FECG Team and Contractor performance and support of FECG.

Specific Candidate Skills
• Must be a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Must have a Degree from an accredited University (higher economic or technical degree).
• Knowledge level of English language proficiency (speak/read/write): Upper Intermediate required.
• Self Motivated / works independantly
• Ability to work in a diverse work group
• Proficiency in use of MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is required. MS Access, Visio and Projects is desired.
• ARIBA data extraction and reporting skills (preferred) or willingness to learn.
• Not less than two years relavent work experience.
• A basic understanding of Contracting is desired, but not required.
• Candidate must receive signed Release Form from current Employer Manager if working in other location.
