The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
• Responsible for defining technical information handover scopes/packages in alignment with the IM handover strategy and schedule, ensuring tracking of handover of information deliverables and associated reporting
• Perform pre-delivery checks, expedite & report on progress of EPCM Implementation Contractor deliverables
• Report on, in consultation with EPCM and ABU, progress of handover, transition and archive of deliverables in alignment with the schedule
• Coordinate with Project Engineering teams to identify document and related meta data discrepancies and arranging anomalies to be corrected with Document Management team
• Coordinate with Project Stakeholders to manage technical information with focus on Quality of project deliverables
• Manage the delivery schedule of technical information to meet the overall handover requirements
• Provide subject matter expertise to Downstream IM Project and Project Engineering teams, including design and implement information architecture, processes and systems to meet business requirements, following policies and best practices
• Continually look for improvements in key IM and Document Management processes, Engineering Handover and Transition Plans, MOC documents, supporting business controls and tools
• Provide guidance and recommend solutions for effective Information Management for various Project groups
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Tertiary Degree in an Information Management / Engineering disciplines or related discipline is desirable
• Proven experience in the following areas: information management, document management, data management, project engineering, project coordination, commissioning, hand-over, as building
• Minimum 5-10 years industry experience required (primarily within an MCP and Production environment)
• Good team collaboration skills
• Excellent information management, document management, communications and negotiation skills
• Capacity to learn new skills and integrate new processes and technology into existing work activities
