Job Title: Engineering Information Delivery Leader

The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in FEED (Front End Engineering Design) Stage.

The Role:
Key Responsibilities include:
•Provide input and advice during EPC contract negotiations regarding Engineering Information requirements and the requirements of COMPANY's engineering information applications.
•Coordinate EDW systems integration projects and input into the detailed design of the EDW.
•Coordinate the set-up of the project-wide 2D engineering design tools environment in Perth for acceptance of project data to ensure that this can be accepted into an integrated data environment for onward use in operations.
•Define and implement validations rule sets for project data checks prior to acceptance into the EDW.
•Co-ordinate and manage the set up and development of the 3D multi-discipline model environment using SmartPlant and SmartMarine 3D to ensure that the project deliverables can be accepted into an integrated 3D environment for onward use in operations.
•Manage the SmartPlant reference data library and update according to project requirements.
•Document the processes and procedures supporting COMPANY's deployment of the SmartPlant Enterprise solution.
•Actively contribute to the transition lifecycle of projects into production.
•Ensure accuracy of Configuration data across federated sources.
•Ensure that third party providers operate in a professional and reasonable manner with respect to all Engineering Data take on activities.
•Raise Requisitions to create Purchase Orders where required.
•Continuous Improvements that reduce costs.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be successful the ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
•Extensive knowledge of the SmartPlant Enterprise Suite.
•Minimum 15 years of Oil & Gas Industry Experience.
•Minimum of 10 years of System adminnistration/implementation experience.
•Detailed knowledge in the specialist activity of engineering system integration and the latest management systems applied to the process of successful delivery to end users.
•Recent 'hands-on' experience of data management.
•Knowledge of engineering work methods in engineering contractor and supplier organisations.
•Ability to map processes to information gathering.
•Must have a detailed knowledge of work processes on big projects, specifically allied to data and "Smart" deliverable generation
