The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Our client is currently seeking a highly experienced Engineering Information Delivery Leader to help drive the massive portfolio of projects through to execution phase. The role is primarily associated with the deployment and use of the SmartPlant Enterprise suite of programs in the project. This will include the guidance and monitoring of contractors providing engineering services and the creation of a SmartPlant Enterprise environment in the companyfor use by the Project, Operations and Maintenance. All measures of success will be based around this objective. Other duties will include;
• Ensure that third party providers operate in a professional and reasonable manner with respect to all Engineering Data take on activities.
• Continuous Improvements that reduce costs.
• Ensure Business requirements are embedded in IM&T strategies and plans.
• Provide direction and risk mitigation for all SmartPlant Enterprise activities.
• Provide leadership and professionalism in the practice of Engineering Information Management across all IM&T functions.
• Effectively engage stakeholders as required for Engineering Information Management provision.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree in Engineering and/or IT or related field, or relevant experience.
• Extensive experience in IT in the resources industry (preferably Oil & Gas)
• Extensive system administration/implementation experience.
• Understanding of ISO 15926 and Engineering Data Management best practices.
• Experience with tools such as SmartPlant, Bentley, and Aveva
• Good technical knowledge of oil and gas industry practices.
• Must have a detailed knowledge of work processes on big projects, specifically allied to data and "Smart" deliverable generation.
