The Role:
• Liaise with Project Director/Senior GM Project Management and spearhead all civil / construction works & activities related to projects.
• Maintain and control project cost and schedule of civil/construction works within approved project budget and timeline.
• Advise the Project Director/Senior GM Project Management on civil / construction design, cost estimation, quality standard, safety requirements, work progress status, and follow-up on completion of civil/construction works.
• Monitor and verify the accuracy and appropriateness of all civil/construction costs of the projects.
• Review, monitor and take remedial actions to ensure civil/construction activities and progress adhere to quality and safety standard, timeline and budget/cost.
• Coordinate with other internal departments, consulting engineer and plant designer on civil/construction work/activities requirements and variation orders (if any).
• Facilitate the conversion of two design standards (from two countries) and the meeting of statutory requirements.
• Maintain high standard of work quality, safety and productivity, as well as compliance with the code of business conducts.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Possess Master or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in similar role in PMC/EPCC
• Familiar and competent in design, project management & EPCC activities and requirements
• Team player, meticulous and able to work on tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• High integrity and work ethic
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Excellent spoken & written English
