The Role:
◦To act as Discipline Focal Point for onshore engineering
◦To ensure the engineering team has the correct numbers, competencies and balance of experience to deliver the engineering workload
◦Deploying teams of experienced and qualified engineers to meet the engineering demands of the company
◦Delivering quality, cost effective and timely engineering services in a demanding environment of change, short interval planning and conflicting priorities
◦Process owner for all engineering processes
◦Responsible for maintaining and developing Engineering BMS
◦Ensure understanding and compliance with current legislation affecting ISC activities, and advising others as appropriate
◦Ensuring the Engineering team understand and follow the company requirements. Maintain rollout of changes to DEP's.
◦Support the development of outsourced working arrangements, including rollout or company specific procedures and standards.
◦Personnel development and focal point for all engineering graduates/ trainees
◦Perform Sponsor or Holder roles for designated subcontracts
◦Consistent use of best practice approach across CNNS

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
◦Engineering Hons degree
◦Chartered Status preferred
◦Excellent multi discipline technical awareness in offshore Engineering.
◦O&G industry experience
◦Experience in core engineering discipline
◦Good leadership and man management skills
◦Good communicator and above average interpersonal skills
