The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
This role includes: - Lead the efficient deployment of Project Management of the Technology Creation & Development System and Milestone projects across Research and - Develop, deliver & refine process & project management documentation, delivery toolsets and training. - Indentify and resolve the major roadblocks and challenges for Technology Creation & Development System and Milestone Project delivery. - Setting up and running regular clinics and support groups for users of the Technology Creation & Development System - Working closely with the project teams to support and project delivery - Develop and manage project levelLessons Learned repository; set-up Post Project Review meetings to identify key areas of improvement to be captured into the Lessons Learnt repository "


The role is located within Research department, IDL building, University of Warwick, Coventry.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
"The ideal candidate should: - have good project management track record & skills. - have good engineering, process or quality background with good understanding of technology & product development processes - be able to work fluently with standard desktop packages such as Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint - Essential - be able to update/manipulate visual basic code with high level of excel knowledge/experience.
Highly Desirable - be an enthusiastic, forward looking and lateral thinker. - be able to demonstrate the ability to lead process change at local and business level. - present excellent communication, interpersonal skills, self confidence are personal qualities needed to succeed in the role, being self motivated and able to deliver with minimum supervision. "

Track record of Co-ordinating, Managing and effective utilisation of vehicles fleets, test plans or high value assets, facilities or teams

Ideally Educated to degree level or equivalent in a related discipline.
