The Role:
My client a leading supplier of high and ultra high pressure packaged engineered solutions design, manufacture, install environmentally responsible pumping solutions for both obnshore and offshore application.
As part recent expansion they are actively looking to recruit a Engineering Project Manager based in there West Midlands office.
You will be managing the design, technical specification, liaison with the client, documentation, overseeing the build, FAT and organising installation and commissioning.

o To generate project plans, manage, and drive implementation.
o To ensure timely delivery of such plans.
o To ensure compliance with all customer and relevant national & international specifications and standards
o To ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements concerning the design and application of equipment used on each project.
o To plan & monitor resources, including allocation & utilisation, to ensure profitability margins are achieved.

Skills & Experience
o Proven experience of running large capital engineering projects.
o Experience of managing highly qualified engineering teams.
o Qualified Mechanical Engineer.
o Experience of process industry and hazardous area working is essential.
o Project Engineering responsibility for projects valued between £30,000 and £5m
o Experience of diesel engines and / or motor driven equipment in power ranges from 30kw to 2000kw.
o Knowledge of hydraulics and electro mechanical control systems.
o Significant experience of offshore or similar demanding Documentation regimes.
o Experience of working on manufacturing projects which incorporate heavy equipment.
o Confidence with I.T. packages including project planning tools.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills with suppliers and customers.
o Technical knowledge of pumping systems and/or “package-build” equipment using motors and diesel engines.
o A sound working knowledge of 3D CAD (Solid Edge or Solid Works).
o Working knowledge of Quality Systems including documentation
