The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer and is currently experiencing an upturn in production with demand increasing globally. They are looking to recruit a number of electrical engineers to work onsite.

The Role:
• To manage the issues from the General Integration Test (GIT), lead technical investigations and interface between the Electrical Integration team and Electrical functions.
• To carry out Quiescent current testing during the General Integration Test.
• To collate the issues during the GIT Brochure Tests and present test status to EE Project Technical Meeting.
• To carry out the first level of analysis of engineering issues and lead the investigations.
• To interface between the Feature Owners and Electrical Integration Centre to resolve engineering issues and implement continuous improvement learning to the GIT process.
• To perform Quiescent current monitoring tests on all platforms including report.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Electrical Engineering qualification to minimum National Certificate or City and Guilds and preferably degree level
• Preferably chartered engineer
• PC literate, including MS Office and MS Project
• Experienced in diagnosis and interrogation of automotive electrical/electronic systems
• Knowledge of the Group diagnostic systems – VAS and iDEX
• Knowledge of and experience working with CAN, LIN, FlexRAY and MOST buses
• Knowledge of CANalyser software
• Good communicator
• Efficient and flexible approach towards meeting business needs
