The Role:
• Effective delivery of plans and agreements with the wider Company to enhance the in-house Engineering resource capability and capacity as required
• Ensure all project and health care activities are resourced effectively and efficiently
• Maintain and evolve the engineering resource function organisational structure and communication plan
• Develop and enhance the resource function processes and procedures
• Clearly define and document stakeholder responsibilities
• Developmental support of the resource function team leaders
• Conduct and communicate regular internal progress reviews
• Management of wider resource team across a range of skills and experience
• Support the creation and implement the strategy towards the customer, through understanding the customer, its business, its strategy and their industry. Ensuring this translates into a strategic business action plan that demonstrates optimum use of appropriate resources.
• Delivering the Business balanced scorecard across the existing portfolio.
• Maximise the scope of the existing portfolio ensuring adequate levels of resources are maintained with the capability and capacity for delivering optimum OGP service delivery.
• Support the development of the Service strategy and create a framework that allows the team to perform effectively and deliver the OGP Service portfolio.
• Work with the OGP Service Manager on planning future resource requirements.
