The Company:
Our client is a major Oil & Gas Operator with a number of projects under development and operation worldwide. As part of continued expansion they are actively recruiting for an Engineering Supervisor to provide engineering support for both onshore and offshore engineering and operational assets.

The Role:
Experience & Accountabilities

The successful candidate will have experience in leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams within the hydrocarbon industry. You will have knowledge of offshore operations including electrical, instrumentation and control systems as well as experience in the preparation of contracts and contractor management. You will also be familiar with design procedures, engineering standards and integrity systems.
In addition to your engineering and management expertise, you'll have strong communication and influencing skills, be action oriented and enjoy collaboration and relationship building

Core Accountabilities
• Responsible for the implementation of facilities surveillance activities, root cause analysis investigations and the application of the Facilities Management of Change procedure.
• Responsible for the delivery of the team, ensures the delivery of high quality engineering solutions that meet the requirements and schedule of the ongoing operations.
• Accountable of the work management of the team commitments, utilising comprehensive work plans, and clear performance measures to ensure appropriate interventions are made and commitments are met.
• Responsible for the technical interface with the Operations and HSE teams to ensure alignment of priorities and risks, provides technical input to risk management process.
• Develops and mentors team members, ensures appropriate technical capability and expertise to deliver strong operational support.
• Responsible for compliance with core engineering processes and systems, verifies implementation and quality of engineering work.
