The Company:
These positions will support the Operations organization, the HSE organization, and the Project Support Organization. Position should go perm in 2012 - for the right candidate.

The Role:
The Engineering Technician would be tasked with a variety of responsibilities which may include:

Oil and Gas experience and drawing/procedure experience must be present on resume.

The ideal Eng Tech would have:

• Relevant and current Upstream Oil & gas experience as an Eng Tech/Analyst on production and/or facilities support
• Experience in drawing management, review, editing
• Experience in operating procedure management, editing, review

Additional Experience:

• Providing spreadsheet and database management for equipment records, documentation, budget reconciliation, personnel and call-out rosters, and other records.
• Reviewing and validation of data and documentation against marked-up original documents or via technical review with subject matter experts.
• Preparation of process maps, procedures, and other operational and HSE technical documentation.
• Preparing presentations and reports of company results, services, etc.
• Entering equipment maintenance and test records into SAP PM module.
• Providing departmental administrative support as needed

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• 3+ years serving as an Engineering Technician or Assistant for an Energy Company or Engineering Firm.
• Understands and can interpret engineering drawings, equipment specification sheets, operational procedures, and other operational support documentation.
• SAP experience – both data entry and data retrieval.
• Previous experience with budget and resource development and tracking, operational procedure development and maintenance, and certification records management desired.
• Previous offshore operations support experience a plus.
• Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment
• Flexible and able to multi-task.
