The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Key responsibilities of this position include:
• Develop Enterprise Level Architectures that cover the domains of business, information, applications and technology.
• Assist IM&T Programme Leaders to develop the programme's application, information and technology architectures.
• Development of IM&T Strategies.
• Identify opportunities for reuse of architecture and/or solution components, including the creation of reference architectures.
• Develop long term relationships with business representatives, staff and vendors.
• Mentor, assist and advise the Project and Programme team in the development of their architectures
• Develop and continuously improve the principles, standards and guidelines to augment the enterprise architecture repository in accordance with local, regional and international regulations
• Identify issues, risks and opportunities through in-depth understanding of project and operations lifecycles
• Train solution architects in SDLC deliverables, process, tools and standards
• Manage compliance between the enterprise architecture and solution architectures by leading and coordinating solution architecture reviews
• Harvest EA artefacts from projects and update in the enterprise architecture repository.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Key skills and experiences required:
• Degree in IM&T or related field, or relevant experience.
• 5 – 10 years experience in a similar role or related role
• TOGAF 9 Certified (Level II), with certification or experience in other frameworks desirable.
• Significant demonstrated experience in developing and implementing architecture, principles, standards, guidelines and training material, preferably in a large-scale project environment in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of architecture modelling tools and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of project, programme and portfolio management methodologies.
• Sound understanding of IM&T methodologies and frameworks (such as ITIL and SDLC).
• Strong demonstrated large scale integration experience .
• Solid working knowledge of business management and strategy concepts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong customer focus.
