The Role:
Define and maintain, as part of Enterprise Architecture framework, principles, guidelines, patterns/reference architecture and standards
Liaison with Enterprise Architect for guiding and approval on a conceptual level
Overall responsible for design in responsible area
Is the high-level designer of a system to be implemented
Responsible and owner of the Conceptual Design (EA Framework)
Strive to become authoritative advisor on IT Architectural questions in Frontica, and trusted advisor to the Customers
Lead collaborative working across areas within IT to ensure a holistic architecture
Qualifications / Personal Attributes Minimum 5-10 years of experience within area of technology
Experience from TOGAF or similar framework
Experience from large organizations
Communication skills, both written and spoken, Proficiency in Business English
Strategies and requirements development and anchoring
System thinking - the ability to see how parts interact with the whole (big picture thinking)
Knowledge of the business for which the enterprise architecture is being developed
Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand
Knowledge of financial modeling as it pertains to IT investment
Good understanding of business and processes
Team player yet self-motivating
Strong communication skills and able to convey architectural concepts to all levels in a understandable manner
Being able to make decisions and be authoritative when required
Customer service orientation
