The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Currently recruiting for an Enterprise Risk Advisor. The primary function of this position is to maintain and communicate risk management systems and processes and to ensure risk register repositories are up held for Holdings.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

-Support Enterprise Risk Manager in maintaining the Holdings, and subsidiary company risk registers, and current in the risk register database.
-Undertaken responsibility related to the Global Systems Administrator of the risk register database, including maintaining user permissions, company level data and liaising with vendor and IM&T on system availability.
-Maintain risk management processes and systems within the Risk Management Framework to ensure information is current and is communicated to relevant stakeholders.
-Develop and deliver risk management training related to the risk register database.
-Assist in preparing of risk management training material and maintaining the intranet site.
-Preparing risk communications and coordinating Risk Coordinators network meetings.
-Maintain risk management records in accordance with company information management and security standards and protocols.
-Facilitate the use of a consistent methodology and common language for risk and opportunity management.
-Provide input into the development, update and implementation of the risk management framework, process, procedure and system.
-Assist Enterprise Risk Manager to facilitate and record executive and senior management risk assessment and risk review workshops.
-Facilitate department and team risk review workshops.
-Liaise with risk owners to ensure risks are identified and analysed.
-Ensure that all inputs to the risk register are completed in accordance with risk standard.
-Ensure rational arguments/evidence are provided to support likelihood and consequence ratings.
-Risk Register Database Global System Administration.
-Coordinate the system design, configuration and operation of the risk register database.
-Ensure database availability meets organisation expectations, and liaise with IM&T, Help desk and vendors to achieve database performance.
-Define and maintain user permissions and system security within information management and security requirements.
-Develop reporting templates and generate standard and ad hoc risk reports to meet business reporting requirements.
-Develop and deliver system administrator and user database training material.
-Maintain the risk management intranet site and coordinate communications to Risk Coordinators.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
-TAFE certificate, diploma or similar.
-Risk management training or certification.
-5+ years Oil & Gas experience.
-Broad exposure (min 5 years) to risk issues, standards and systems and administration.
-Understanding of relevant organisational processes and systems.
-Proficient administrative skills, and exposure to database design and operation.
-Able to multitask and work under pressure.
-Microsoft Office skills - (A high standard of skills using Excel).
