The Company:
Our global leading client is seeking highly skilled, experienced & capable contract international employees to work on a large multinational complex oil & gas project.

The Role:
Environmental Advisor (Topsides)

•Provide on-site support ensuring the project environmental requirements are implemented at all Project work sites
•Practical experience of fulfilling similar site based role for an operator/construction/environmental services contractor

•Minimum 3 years of practical work experience as an environmental advisor for an operator or construction/environmental services company
•Minimum 3 years of practical work experience of implementing and maintaining environmental management and assurance systems
•Knowledge and experience of waste management operations at construction sites

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Environmental/science/engineering university degree or recognised international environmental qualification
•Professional development qualifications in HSE, Environmental and/or Waste Management (e.g. NEBOSH, IEMA etc.)

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
•Competent in communicating in English, Azeri and Russian language.
•Ability to work on own initiative.
•Self motivated, accustomed to being in positions of responsibility and accountability; independent and proactive; able to work well under sustained pressure.
•Effective communication and interpersonal skills at all levels as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with teams from a variety of disciplines and cultures
•Ability to produce written reports in English.
•Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power-point.
•Ability to work offshore
•Able to work 6 days per week when required - 5 days per week will be the normal working week
