The Role:
The environmental & CDM administrator is responsible for the coordination of both internal and external Environmental & CDM activities to meet operational, H&S and environmental conformance.
• Facilitation of departmental Contractor Database
• Coordination of Team KPI reporting
• Environmental Management System and maintenance
• Energy Management System development and maintenance
• Support Site Wide Energy Coordinators with local data and charts
• PP H&S training coordination
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• NVQ level III Administrator
• GCSE English
• GCSE Maths
Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience of Environmental & Energy Management Systems
• Comprehensive knowledge of EnMat Energy Management Software
• Competent PC skills in particular Excel, Powerpoint and Word
