The Company:
Oil & gas company is looking for Environment Site Engineer

Rotational basis: 4x4

The Role:
Environmental Management System implementation and support
- ensure regular follow-up of environmental aspects register for Operations, Project and Drilling
- ensure acknowledgement of site personnel with ISO 14001 requirements/expectations
- ensure and validates daily/monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to Moscow TEPR office/HQ/RF Authorities as per K-HSE-S-SI 0193-5 “Environmental Reporting”,
- ensures proper environmental reporting of Project, Drilling contractors
Oil Spill Preparedness & Wastes Management
- act as OSR Coordinator during OSR drills/real emergency,
- control spills clean-up campaigns
- perform regular internal reviews and updates of OSR Plan
- ensure implementation of Waste Management Asset
- ensure that wastes management contractors are timely audited
- perform regular internal reviews and updates of Waste Management Plan
Environmental Monitoring
- organize and participates in sampling campaigns performed by contractors, to supervise Contractor’s industrial environmental control at Company sites
- perform regular review of Quarterly/Annual Monitoring reports that are to be sent to RF Authorities,
- comment on Environmental monitoring program field,
- communicate results of monitoring to site personnel
Audits & inspections
- perform regular environmental audits/inspections of CPF, Camp, remote pads and to follow close out of actions raised during these audits/inspection,
- perform regular audits in tundra to ensure stable condition of it after winter works, reinstatements, spring melting
- perform scheduled Contactor’s audits,
- participate in annual ISO 14001 Internal and External Audits/other Environmental audits from Moscow/HQ,
- participate in scheduled RF Authorities Site inspections
Environmental campaigns
- supervise cleaning campaigns in tundra, at pads, in drainage systems,
- ensure that Tundra Close/Open Regime is respected by Company and Contractors
Implementation of Environmental Impact Assessment Action Plan
- to acknowledge concerned parties with action plan stipulated in Environmental Impact Assessment,
- to ensure implementation and periodical review of Environmental Impact Assessment Action Plan
- Frequent contacts with contracting companies working on the facilities as well as with catering company, mainly at his own level for exchanging information and controlling Env. compliance. Periodic contacts with all levels personnel to provide Env. Advices/awareness/training
- Maintaining established procedures and specialized technical standards is required. All work activities are spot checked and inspected at job completion.
- Harsh Arctic conditions
- To demonstrate the group capability to work with full knowledge of the local context, and to make a visible and recognized difference with its Russian and foreign competitors in this domain.
- To ensure that all personnel working on the facilities are trained in environment protection courses as needed by RF regulation (Oil Spill Response certificate for team members, Waste Management certificate for waste handlers, …), and by Company HSE policy.
- To maintain Company policy in Environment protection training/awareness to all Company employees and contractors on and ensure this is carried out in an effective manner.
- To ensure accurate reporting of incidents in a timely manner in line with established TEPR HSE policy and RF regulations.
- To ensure the dissemination of environment information and feed back through proper training.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Strong autonomy is required.
- Good communication skills needed.
- Good knowledge of RF environmental regulation.
- 5-6 years experience in environment management on site in the oil and gas industry or similar.
- Good spoken and written English mandatory.
