The Role:
• Day to day co-ordination of environmental and social contractors including contract administration, mobilisation of survey teams and administration of Project Go No Go process, budget control and reporting;
• Maintaining records and documentation associated with contractor performance (contract documents, change orders, correspondence, daily/weekly/monthly reports. meeting minutes and similar);
• Management of Project Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) including:
• Maintaining ESMS documents;
• Preparation of ESMS templates, qualitative and quantitative reports and presentations;
• Carry out quality assurance of E&S data including grievance logs, waste registers, monitoring results;
• Track actions, non-conformances and regulator communications;
• Organise ESMS reviews;
• Supports the delivery of relevant environmental internal / external performance and compliance reporting requirements;
• Lead on Document control for the E&S team;
• Carry out technical review and quality assurance of environmental and social reports;
• Support in Tracking and monitoring of E&S budget (forecast and expenditure) and schedule;
• Depending on the experience of the selected candidate;
• Support site environmental and social audits and reporting of data

• Experienced in project management and co-ordination (R) preferably within the oil and gas industry (D)
• Audit experience desired
• Experience in a project environment
• Experienced in collation, analysis and reporting of written and numerical data (R)
• Excellent command of Microsoft (word, excel, PowerPoint) (R)
• Experience of environmental and/or social management within industry (D)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree educated (R)
• Environmental and social or business degree (D)
• Strong communication, negotiation skills (written and verbal) and numeracy skills;
• Ability to work as part of a Team and being a team player;
• Demonstrates shared commitment to the success of the team and the wider organization;
• Highly motivated;
• Ability to work independently and under own initiative;
• Ability to prioritise individual tasks;
• Understanding of compliance and assurance
