The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
An opportunity has become available for an Environmental Advisor to join the commissioning team.

Your duties will include but not limited to:
• Review and assess Project documentation to ensure engineering designs and construction methods are compliant with Environmental Basis of Designs and Ministerial approvals
• Work collaboratively with Commissioning and Site Environment teams to ensure Commissioning personnel are aware of and understand commissioning related environmental requirements and that these requirements are incorporated into Commissioning processes and procedures.
• Undertake assessments of commissioning and other engineering related activities to ensure that the environmental risk is ALARP. Develop technical documentation to record risk assessments.
• Provide environmental advice to Environment, Construction and Commissioning team members regarding environmental project requirements and commitments

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Ideally you will have the ability to demonstrate knowledge, capability and competence in the following commercial, technical and interpersonal aspects:

• Minimum Qualifications: Environmental Engineering Degree (or similar).
• Minimum of 10 years relevant, practical experience in resource industry construction projects and/or operating facilities.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Practical working knowledge of relevant Western Australian and Commonwealth environmental legislation is essential.
