The Company:
A renowned fully integrated infrastructure and support services firm

The Role:
 Lead and participate in the development of Environment business in Malaysia
 Responsible for technical delivery and leadership balanced with business development and leverage on strong networks and industry relationships to drive growth of the practice
 Manage all aspects of businesses to include new work acquisition, financial performance, staff development, recruitment and retention
 Responsible for the P&L of the Environment business line in Malaysia
 Establish business plans to achieve business growth and providing visible, tangible leadership to managers and staff
 Provide leadership to the team to elevate spirit and performance

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
 Recognized Master or Bachelor Degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering
 Minimum 18 years of experience in environmental engineering or environmental management with business development experience in Oil & Gas sector
 Registered Professional Engineer and Chartered Engineer
 Proven track record of developing new business within the industry
 Established network of contacts within the industry in Malaysia
 Track record of winning work, business development and delivering significant value and successful project outcomes
 Proven leadership and team building skills
 Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain good working relationships with staff and clients.
