The Company:
Our Client is one of the world's largest Oil and Gas companies. Their operations cover the entire energy chain, including oil exploration and production to trading, shipping and refining and marketing of petroleum products, as well as chemicals. Our Client has operations in over 130 countries and has more than 95,000 employees worldwide.

The Role:
Main Activites:

• Data collation, manipulation and reporting both internally and externally.
• Administration, submission and circulation of Oil Pollution Emergency Plans (OPEP’s).
• Administration and circulation of various environmental permits managed by the environment team.
• Waste management Focal Point.
• Input and review environmental content of Company audit & incident tracking system.
• Communication focal point co-ordinating intranet pages and world environment day.
• Preparation of presentations for internal and external communication, for example for Partners Meetings.
• General administrative support to team of Environmentalists.
• Site visits including offshore travel may be travel required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Relevant environmental/engineering qualification or SHE experience preferable.
• Excellent Excel spreadsheet and general PC skills.
• Good communicator.
• Team player.
• Reliable with good organisational skills.
• Flexible approach.
