The Company:
Our Client is one of the world's largest Oil and Gas companies. Their operations cover the entire energy chain, including oil exploration and production to trading, shipping and refining and marketing of petroleum products, as well as chemicals. Our Client has operations in over 130 countries and has more than 95,000 employees worldwide.

The Role:
1. To act as the Company Representative for the Contract with the CWP C Contractor.
2. To assist the Pipelines Contract Manager with the recruitment of personnel for the CWP C team.
3. To manage the day to day activities of the CWP C team at the engineering offices of the Contractor as well as the construction and installation sites both onshore and offshore.
4. To ensure that all relevant documentation created by the CWP C Contractor is reviewed and commented on by the relevant specialists within the appropriate time frame.
5. To act as Chairman of the Weekly and Monthly Meetings held at the offices of the CWP C Contractor.
6. To attend meetings held at the offices of the UK Company Pipeline Project in Aberdeen as required.
7. To ensure that all the interfaces with CWPs A and B have been correctly identified and a management plan is in place to administer these interfaces.
8. To safely deliver the CWP C facilities on time and within budget.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The post holder will be qualified to degree level with extensive experience of the safe management of pipeline engineering, construction and installation operations. In addition the following requirements should be met :
1. Fluent in spoken and written English.
2. Fully conversant with standard software packages (i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes).
3. Good communication skills and a team player able to function under the pressure of tight working deadlines.
4. Able to manage and motivate a team of experienced professionals. Define clear work objectives and associated time frame for delivery. Manage a multitude of parallel and critical tasks by setting priorities in order to achieve the overall objectives.
5. Familiar with the relevant legislation and regulatory framework.Fully conversant with HSE legislation.
