The Role:
Under the ERP Leader supervisor provides support to Finance system areas related to Marketing Agreement, General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable Cost Accounting and Business Analysis. Responsible to define and to validate systems for the functions and related documentation of the processes. Coordination of activities within the Finance and IT for related functions and active participation in the different phases of system implementation, changes and or improvements

1. Lead function system implementation which includes the different phases of projects like requirements gathering, blueprint, gap analysis, testing and users training.
2. Provide trouble shooting support to final users and liaise with IT to provide solutions for complex critical scenarios.
3. Ensure proper development of Business rules for the process is responsible
4. Coordinate implementation activities with Sadara Finance users
5. Coordination with IT to validate training and materials to ensure proper training is delivered to Finance and users from other functions with Finance interaction
6. Provide Support to Finance functions during post implementation
7. Keep current on new SAP changes and look for system improvements aiming efficiency and productivity
8. Ensure closing routines are run timely according to monthly financial closing
9. Validate Business Warehouse data accuracy
10. Develop and keep current the documentation for Business Interruption


Skills
• Leadership skills are critical to ensure the team delivers goals in a short period of time and implementation activities are accomplished according with the implementation plan.
• Negotiation skills required to remove roadblocks, resolve issues, evaluate alternatives and ensure best solution is developed/implemented for the company.
• Effective interpersonal relationships are required to ensure engagement with Finance team members, Finance leadership and cross functional functions.
• Team work is required to ensure team is motivated to deliver implementation results and project milestones are accomplished as defined
• Communication skills are required to provide project status, share/resolve issues with Management and make sure Finance users understand deliverables.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor in Finance, Accounting or related academic experience
• Previous ERP implementation experience
• SAP FI/CO certified is preferred
• Experience in Cost Accounting, Accounts Payable, Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, and General Accounting.
