The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
• Manage Essential Suite data and system access requirements, per the direction of the OE CA Senior Adviser
• Data entry, system data changes and QA/QC data as required
• Generate monthly OE process compliance and audit tasks status reports for compliance assurance advisers(s) and Delivery Teams as required
• Generate quarterly OE process compliance and audit status report for the project.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience maintaining computer-based management systems and databases.
• Compliance and/and or oil and gas experience advantageous but not essential.
• Experience in managing/co-ordinating training for computer system usage advantageous but not essential.
• Strong administrative and time management skills are essential.
• Candidate must be fluent in Microsoft office systems and in particular, have knowledge of Excel.
• Previous experience in managing and implementing complex computer-based data and reporting systems is essential.
• • Strong communication and relationship building skills, sensitive communication style, accuracy, strong work ethic, personal commitment to safety.
