The Role:
MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

This role is responsible for the implementation of the Bentley’s new Retail Dealer Corporate Identity programme across the European regions dealer network. The region covers 50 dealers across 24 countries

This position works closely with the Franchise Development Manager and the Operational regional team based in Munich and Moscow along with the centrally UK based Franchise Development and marketing communications teams and the contracted architect support and the nominated CI suppliers.

Requires ability to travel extensively around the dealer network in Europe and to the regional office in Munich, Germany as well as the Head Office in Crewe, UK

RESPONSIBILITY/TASKS AND CUSTOMERS

Activation – roll out to the dealer network
- Responsible to ensure implementation of the Bentley retail CI across the European Bentley dealer network.
- Ensure effective communication of requirements and consistency of application.
- Ensure compliant plans are achieved and signed off by all stakeholders
- Ensure plans are translated into aligned supplier orders and orders are placed / accepted into the supply chain.
- Agree timing plan with all stakeholders including dealer, suppliers and regional team.
- Oversee the project timing plan for CI implementation for each dealer project
- Ensure installation of the planned CI elements at each dealer

Measurement – KPI’s & reporting
- Track associated project KPIs, reporting against them at both a detailed project level and agreed management summary.
- Ensure all parties are kept informed of changes in key timings and project delivery risks.
- Provide a sign-off report for each dealer implementation to include photographic documentation of the completed project.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrable project management skills with the ability to effectively plan, organize, priorities and manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to facilitate decision making.
- Ability to self-start, demonstrate proactivity, take initiative, continually improvement and evolve oneself
- Excellent communication skills ( German language preferable )
- Strong motivational skills to drive continuous improvement across a broad range of stakeholders
- Collaborative working style with a strong focus on team working
- Demonstrable experience of managing supplier relationships
- Experience of vehicle retail dealer network


QUALIFICATIONS
- Project management qualification beneficial
- Appropriate qualification from fields of Design Management or Design desirable
