The Role:
Job Summary: Event Manager’s role is to assist with securing events, as well as plan and execute to a very high standard for both corporate and private clients. This role will also require a large element of new business development whereby the manager will be responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with potential clients. Event Manager will become an integral part of global team and be expected to represent the high brand standards in every way.

Main duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- First meeting with prospective clients, ability to take brief and present company in best possible light
- Manage preparation of strategic and creative pitches, event budgets and present to clients
- Manage wide range of events from conceptualisation to execution, to include creative development, venue sourcing, design and décor production, AV and technical management, entertainment and catering
management, pre and on-site event logistics and team management
- Coordinate details of events including product launches, awards, high profile events, luxury brand events, gala
dinners, conferences, exhibitions, private parties, weddings and other high end occasions
- Identify and develop new business relationships
- Maintain knowledge of key trends and event content to keep all solutions fresh, innovative and exciting
- Identify cross-marketing opportunities, new target audiences and PR opportunities to promote the business
- Ensure the very best suppliers have been sourced and are engaged at best possible preferential rates
- Mentor Production Assistants to support on events with research, supplier liaison and on-site event support

- Excellent written and oral communication, fluent English a MUST and local dialects extremely advantageous
- Ability to work legally in location for a continuous period of time, minimum of 6 months
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with well-honed and developed networking abilities
- Polished appearance with ‘can-do’ attitude – willing to work hard and long hours if necessary
- Passion for events and delivering service excellence
- Creative problem solving and top notch organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in IT and CRM systems skills (Microsoft Office, Excel etc.)
- Experienced in dealing with confidential information using discretion and sensitivity at all times
- Fluent in Russian and good English essential

Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in bespoke event management and production
- Excellent grasp of event trends and technologies
