The Company:
A leading Australian coal seam gas explorer and producer focused on developing its world-class reserves for domestic and international supply.

The Role:
An Execution Advisor - Pipelines is required on a contract basis to manage all aspects of construction to ensure Field Well, Water & Gas Gathering Systems & Associated Infrastructure are delivered safely, efficiently, within budget and in compliance with company policies, local government and other regulations. They will also oversee the work of construction contractors and service providers ensuring work is completed in line with contracts for service.

Managing and monitoring daily construction operations, you will monitor performance and technical integrity of contractor and service provider, and provide technical advice and troubleshooting for construction, design and operational issues. The role takes responsibility for ensuring full coverage and the schedule is maintained for construction operations, including maintaining stock levels of company supplied goods to meet the schedule.

Preparing QC daily construction reports, you will keep senior management fully abreast of all key risks and issues and will assume responsibility for ensuring safety has the highest priority and is at the forefront of planning, execution and in all dealings with contractors and service providers.

Perform safety audits and contractor compliance audits on a regular basis, you will ensure all contractor and service providers are fully conversant in the company's safety expectations and hold regular meetings with all local managers. As the point of contact for the reporting of work site incidents you will initiate accident and incident investigations as required.

Importantly, you will liaise with Land Access to ensure the business has the landowners consent prior to entering the landowners property.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
You will have demonstrated background overseeing a large team and managing the construction activities of contractors and supervisors and a proven experience with water and gas gathering systems or similar construction within the oil and gas industry
With demonstrated experience with safety management systems and the application of HSSE principles on construction projects, you will be competent with emergency response management. A proven history dealing with external parties i.e. landowners and EPA etc is required.
