The Role:
Position Title: Execution Engineer

Location: Dubai / Basra

Mobilization: Late July / Early August

Duration: 24 months

Travel Requirements: work will be weekly travel into Basra from Dubai (Mon-Fri in Basra, weekends in Dubai) or Houston / Basra rotation (5 weeks on, 3 weeks off)

Position Description: Execution Planning Engineer supporting the Basra based Construction & Approval organization. The role will be reporting directly to the WQI Technical Manager and will be supporting the Interface between the Facility Operating Division (FOD) of the South Oil Company (SOC).

Required Experience:
– Bachelor of Science in Engineering Field
– 5-10 years’ experience in project activities related to oil and gas production and development
– Effective communication and presentation skills
– Fluent in Arabic and experience working in the Middle East
– Must be able to work in multicultural environment
– Experience in an operating unit or experience with Brownfield Construction projects
– Broad range of experience and skills through multiple function and project assignments (Multi-discipline skill set)
– Strong leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational, coordination and planning
– Strong work ethic; self-motivated
